Water Access
A working outdoor faucet must be available near the setup area so the tank can be filled.
Clear Setup Space
The area must be level, clear and large enough for the tank, target and throwing line.
Easy Delivery Access
The delivery path must be wide enough for the dunk tank and free of stairs, tight turns and obstacles.
Level Surface
The dunk tank must be installed on a stable, level surface such as grass, pavement or concrete.
Drainage Area
The customer must confirm that the tank can be drained safely after the event without causing damage.
Adult Supervision
A responsible adult must supervise the dunk tank throughout the entire event.

Only one participant may sit on the dunk tank seat at a time.

Participants must meet the dunk tank’s height, weight and mobility requirements.

No Diving or Jumping
Participants must enter only from the seat. Diving, climbing and jumping into the tank are prohibited.

Keep the Area Clear
Guests must remain outside the tank area and behind the marked throwing line.

Stop During Unsafe Weather
Do not use the dunk tank during lightning, thunderstorms, high winds or severe weather.

Use Approved Throwing Balls
Only approved softballs or supplied balls should be used to activate the target.
