Rental Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sen Party Rentals! We take pride in providing clean, safe, and fun party rentals throughout the DMV area. Please review the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Reservation & Deposit

• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
• Remaining balances are due at or before delivery.
• All prices are subject to change until booking is finalized.

2. Delivery & Setup

• Deliveries are typically made 30–60 minutes before your rental time begins.
• Ensure a clear, level space free of obstacles, pet waste, and sharp objects.
• Electricity and water (if applicable) must be available within 100 feet of setup.
• An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery and review safety instructions.

3. Safety Rules

• No shoes, food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects inside the inflatable.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Do not exceed posted weight or occupancy limits.
• Units must be deflated during high winds or storms for safety.

4. Weather Policy

• If severe weather is forecast (high winds, heavy rain, lightning), we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons.
• Weather-related cancellations before delivery may qualify for a raincheck or reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Damage & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required after use.
• Do not move or relocate the rental equipment after setup.
• Charges may apply for damaged or missing items.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before your event may be eligible for a refund or raincheck.
• Deposits are non-refundable once equipment is delivered or installed.
• Same-day cancellations (non-weather related) may be subject to full charges.

7. Liability

Sen Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions. The renter assumes full responsibility for all guests and equipment during the rental period.
