Flips, pushing, wrestling, climbing on walls and unsafe behavior are not permitted.

Do not use the inflatable during lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain or high winds.

A working outdoor water faucet must be available within reach of the setup area.
A working electrical outlet is required for the blower. Generator rentals are available when needed.
The setup area must be larger than the inflatable and clear of trees, wires, fences and sharp objects.
Grass is preferred. Concrete, asphalt or indoor setups must be approved before delivery.
Gates and walkways must be wide enough for the inflatable, equipment and delivery cart.
The customer is responsible for confirming that water can safely drain from the setup area.

Delivery charges depend on the event location, travel distance, order size and setup conditions.
Unsafe wind, lightning, storms or severe weather may prevent delivery, setup or continued operation.
