A Responsible Adult Must Supervise at All Times

Rental equipment must never be used without active adult supervision. The supervising adult must enforce all rules, control the number of participants and stop unsafe behavior immediately.

These rules apply to bounce houses, combos, slides and obstacle courses.

Adult Supervision

A responsible adult must watch participants continuously while the equipment is operating.

Separate by Size

Small children should not use the inflatable at the same time as larger children or adults.

Remove Shoes

Shoes, jewelry, glasses and sharp objects must be removed before entering.

No Food or Drinks

Food, drinks, gum and candy are not allowed inside or on rental equipment.

No Rough Play

Flips, wrestling, pushing, fighting and dangerous stunts are prohibited.

Do Not Climb Walls

Participants may not climb, sit or hang on inflatable walls, netting or entrances.

No Pets

Animals must remain away from inflatables, cords, blowers and rental equipment.

Do Not Move Equipment

Customers must not reposition, disconnect, deflate or alter installed equipment.

Control the Number of Users

Overloading an inflatable increases the risk of collisions, falls, tipping and equipment damage.

Follow the capacity instructions provided for the specific rental. Reduce the number of participants when users are older or larger.

Keep participants similar in size.
Allow one participant at a time on slide lanes.
Keep entrances and exits clear.
Stop use when participants become overcrowded.

Water Slide Rules

One Rider at a Time

Wait until the previous rider has fully exited before the next participant begins.

Slide Feet First

Riders must sit and slide feet first. Head-first sliding is prohibited.

Exit the Landing Area

Participants must leave the landing area immediately after sliding.

No Jumping From the Top

Riders may not jump, dive or stand from the top platform.

Health Restrictions

Pregnant guests and anyone with certain medical, neck or back conditions should not participate.

Maintain Safe Water Flow

Use the approved water connection and do not flood the setup area.

Obstacle Course Safety

Obstacle courses involve climbing, crawling and sliding. Supervisors must control the flow of participants and prevent collisions.

Start participants only when lanes are clear.
Do not climb over other participants.
Do not stop inside tunnels or slide lanes.
Use designated entrances and exits.
No head-first sliding.
Keep spectators away from anchoring equipment.

Safe Racing

Participants should race only against others of similar age, size and ability.

Dunk Tank Use

Only approved participants should sit on the dunk-tank seat.

Safe Dunk Tank Operation

An adult must supervise the dunk tank.
Only one person may sit on the seat.
Participants must meet applicable size requirements.
Do not stand, jump or perform stunts on the seat.
Keep hands away from moving mechanisms.
Use only approved throwing balls.
Keep the area around the tank clear.
Do not use during storms or unsafe weather.

Weather safety

Stop Use During Unsafe Weather

Weather conditions can change quickly. The supervising adult must stop use when conditions become unsafe.

Strong Wind

Stop use immediately when wind becomes strong, gusty or begins lifting or shifting the inflatable.

Lightning

Evacuate the rental immediately when thunder or lightning is present.

Heavy Rain

Stop use during heavy rain, flooding or poor visibility.

Extreme Heat

Check surfaces for excessive heat and provide water and rest breaks.

When in Doubt, Stop Use

Participants should leave the inflatable calmly. Turn off the blower only when instructed or when required for an emergency.

What to Do if an Inflatable Loses Air

Have all participants exit immediately.
Keep everyone away from the inflatable.
Check whether the blower is still operating.
Check that the power cord remains connected.
Check whether a breaker or generator stopped.
Do not allow use until the problem is corrected.
