By accessing this website, submitting a rental request, confirming an order, making a payment or accepting rental equipment, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or complete a rental transaction.

The person making the reservation represents that they are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into an agreement for the event or organization.

Each rental may require a written or electronic rental agreement, invoice, waiver, confirmation or equipment acknowledgment.

• Additional terms shown on the invoice or rental agreement are part of the reservation.
• When these Terms conflict with a signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement controls for that specific reservation.
• Customers must provide accurate information when completing rental documents.
• Electronic acceptance, digital signatures and written confirmations may be treated as valid approval.

Rental equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A quote or booking-form submission is not a confirmed reservation.
• An order is confirmed only after approval by Sen Party Rentals.
• Confirmation may also require payment, an accepted invoice or a signed agreement.
• The customer must provide the correct event date, address, start time, end time and setup information.
• Order changes are subject to availability and may result in price changes.
• Sen Party Rentals may provide a comparable substitution when an item becomes unavailable because of damage, mechanical failure, weather or another condition beyond reasonable control.

Prices shown on the website or provided in an estimate may change before the reservation is confirmed.

The final price will be shown in the approved quote, invoice or rental agreement.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Delivery and pickup.
• Locations outside the standard service area.
• Additional travel distance.
• Stairs, steep hills or elevators.
• Long distances from the delivery vehicle to the setup area.
• Restricted parking or difficult access.
• Concrete, asphalt or indoor setups.
• Sandbags or special anchoring.
• Overnight rentals.
• Extended rental periods.
• Extra labor, waiting time or return trips.
• Cleaning, damage, loss or unauthorized use.

Payment terms and due dates will be stated on the customer’s quote, invoice or booking confirmation.

Approved payment methods may include:

• Full payment may be required before delivery, before setup or immediately after setup.
• Equipment may not be released without an approved payment arrangement.
• Deposits and reservation payments may be nonrefundable.
• Returned checks, failed transfers, reversed payments or charge disputes may result in additional fees.
• The customer remains responsible for the full unpaid balance and any approved additional charges.

The customer must provide safe, reasonable and unobstructed access to the delivery and setup location.

• An adult must be present or available when the delivery team arrives.
• The setup area must be clear of vehicles, furniture, toys, branches, pet waste, debris and other hazards.
• The customer must disclose stairs, gates, hills, elevators, narrow entrances, parking limitations and long walking distances.
• Sen Party Rentals determines the safest location and orientation for rental equipment.
• Equipment may not be moved after installation.
• Setup may be refused when the location is unsafe, unsuitable or materially different from the information provided.
• Delivery and pickup times may vary based on traffic, weather, route schedules and other events.

The customer is responsible for the equipment and its safe use from the time of delivery until it is picked up by Sen Party Rentals.

The customer agrees to:

• Provide responsible adult supervision at all times.
• Follow all safety instructions, capacity limits and posted rules.
• Keep pets away from equipment, blowers, electrical cords and anchors.
• Prevent misuse, rough play and unauthorized access.
• Protect equipment from theft, vandalism, fire, sprinklers and landscaping equipment.
• Immediately report damage, mechanical problems or unsafe conditions.
• Keep the equipment accessible for scheduled pickup.
• Make sure all participants stop using equipment when weather or other conditions become unsafe.

Equipment may only be used for its intended purpose and according to all provided instructions.

The following are prohibited:

• Water may only be used on units approved for wet operation.
• Blowers must remain connected and operating while inflatables are in use.
• Equipment may not be altered, disconnected, folded or repaired by the customer.
• Decorations, tape, adhesives, glitter and confetti may not be attached to rental equipment.

• A responsible adult must actively supervise participants at all times.
• Children should be separated by similar age, height, size and ability.
• Posted capacity, weight and age restrictions must be followed.
• Participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry and sharp objects.
• People who are injured, sick or unable to participate safely should not use the equipment.
• Equipment must be evacuated immediately during unsafe wind, rain, lightning or other dangerous conditions.
• Entrance and exit areas must remain clear.

Sen Party Rentals may delay, relocate, cancel, disconnect or remove equipment because of unsafe weather.

• Inflatables may not be used during lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain or unsafe wind.
• Participants must exit the equipment immediately when unsafe weather begins.
• Electrical equipment, extension cords and blowers must be kept dry.
• The company may refuse setup when weather conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
• Weather refunds, credits or rescheduling options depend on the confirmed rental agreement.
• Once equipment has been delivered and set up, a weather-related refund may be limited or unavailable.

Customers should notify Sen Party Rentals as soon as possible when an event changes or must be canceled.

• Cancellation terms depend on the amount of notice provided.
• Deposits and reservation payments may be nonrefundable.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full rental charges.
• Approved credits may be applied to a future available date.
• Rescheduled equipment is subject to availability.
• Price changes may apply when an event is moved to a different date or location.
• Sen Party Rentals may cancel because of unsafe weather, nonpayment, unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, equipment failure or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The customer may be charged for damage, loss, theft or excessive cleaning occurring during the rental period.

Charges may apply for:

• Missing equipment or accessories.
• Torn or punctured vinyl.
• Damaged blowers.
• Damaged extension cords.
• Damaged generators or concession machines.
• Excessive dirt, mud, food, gum, paint, glitter or confetti.
• Silly-string damage.
• Unauthorized relocation or improper disconnection.
• Theft, vandalism or disappearance.
• Damage caused by pets, sprinklers, fire, vehicles or landscaping equipment.

Repair or replacement charges may be based on labor, materials, replacement cost and loss of rental income.

To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sen Party Rentals, its owners, employees and contractors from claims, damages, expenses or losses arising from:

• Misuse of rental equipment.
• Failure to provide proper supervision.
• Failure to follow safety instructions.
• Unauthorized movement or alteration of equipment.
• Unsafe conditions at the customer’s location.
• Acts or omissions of the customer, event guests or third parties.

The customer assumes responsibility for supervising rental equipment and ensuring that all users follow safety requirements.

• Sen Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, losses or damages caused by misuse, negligence, lack of supervision or failure to follow instructions.
• Sen Party Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, emergencies, mechanical problems or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Sen Party Rentals is not responsible for lost profits, lost business, missed opportunities or indirect damages.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sen Party Rentals related to a rental will not exceed the amount paid for that specific rental.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the content and design of this website belong to Sen Party Rentals or are used with permission.

Protected content may include:

• Business name.
• Logo and branding.
• Website text.
• Photographs and videos.
• Graphics and icons.
• Page designs and layouts.
• Product descriptions.
• Marketing materials.

Content may not be copied, republished, sold or distributed without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Users may use the website only for lawful purposes.

Users may not:

• Attempt to hack, disable or interfere with the website.
