Cancellation and Weather Policy

Review how cancellations, rescheduling, rain, wind and severe weather may affect your rental.

Safety comes first

Unsafe Weather May Require Cancellation

Sen Party Rentals may delay, modify, reschedule or cancel a rental when weather or site conditions create a safety risk.

Final decisions may depend on actual conditions at the event location, not only the forecast.

Weather conditions

When Rentals Must Stop

Inflatables and outdoor rental equipment should not be used when conditions become unsafe.

Strong Wind

Inflatables must not operate during strong or gusty winds that could affect stability.

Lightning

Equipment use must stop immediately when thunder or lightning is present.

Heavy Rain

Heavy rain, flooding and poor visibility can make rental equipment unsafe.

Snow and Ice

Snow, ice and frozen ground may prevent safe delivery, anchoring or operation.

Extreme Heat

Inflatable surfaces may become dangerously hot during extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Unsafe Site Conditions

Mud, standing water, soft ground or inaccessible property may prevent setup.

Rain policy

What Happens if Rain Is Forecast?

A chance of rain does not always mean your rental will automatically be canceled. Forecasts can change, and light rain may not affect every rental in the same way.

We may review the forecast, wind, storm timing, setup surface and event location before making a final decision.

  • Light rain may not require cancellation.
  • Heavy rain may prevent safe operation.
  • Thunder or lightning requires immediate shutdown.
  • Standing water may prevent setup or pickup.
  • Wet equipment must not be used when unsafe.
Wind safety

Wind May Require Immediate Shutdown

Inflatables can become dangerous when wind or wind gusts exceed safe operating conditions. Even properly anchored equipment may not be used during unsafe wind.

  • Follow all instructions provided at setup.
  • Watch for sudden gusts and changing conditions.
  • Remove all participants when wind increases.
  • Do not continue use because the event is still active.
  • Contact Sen Party Rentals when guidance is needed.
